Where is NAC being held?

The Nordic Affiliate Conference is taking place at The Grand Hôtel, Stockholm.

What is the official hotel?

The Nordic Affiliate Conference is taking place at The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm. The Grand will also be the official hotel.

Can I attend as an affiliate/introducing broker if I also work for an operator/broker/supplier?

If you are currently employed by an operator, brokerage, supplier or vendor in the industry we cannot issue you an affiliate or introducing broker badge. Please register under the name of the company that currently employs you. If you wish to represent your affiliate side project please contact us once registered under your main employer.

Please remember that we continue to run these events so operators and vendors can meet the best quality affiliates and introducing brokers.

Will you be mailing me my badge or do I pick it up at the venue?

Once your registration has been finalised, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. If you have registered as an Affiliate, please allow 5 working days to receive confirmation of your approval. It is imperative that you bring this along to registration in order to collect your name badge.

Badges can be collected on 28th March at registration. If you are attending the dinner on 27th March, you can collect your badge that evening.

How do I get my ticket?

Affiliates: Email confirmation will be sent to your inbox once you've registered however please allow 5 working days for us to validate your affiliate status. We will contact you if your registration has been unsuccessful, as your affiliate  status will need to be validated in order to gain entry to the conference. This is standard procedure to ensure that we can continue to provide high quality events completely FREE of charge for all affiliates and introducing brokers. 

All other tickets: All payment correspondence will be sent to the individual booking contact of each registration or the main contact of a group registration. Confirmation including the barcoded e-ticket will be sent to each individual registered delegate once full payment has been received.

If you did not receive or have lost your e-ticket, please contact info@igamingbusiness.com to be issued a replacement.

Do I need a ticket?

For the fastest way to gain entry to the event or to avoid elongated administration processes, it is advised that you bring your confirmation with you when registering.

The details on my confirmation are wrong - how do I change them?

Simple - click here and tell us exactly where you went wrong with your registration. We will email you back within 24 hours and confirm this has been changed for you.

If you need details changed a few days prior to the event and we are not in the office, don't worry! You can change your details on the day you register, but be aware that this may lead to some delays.

Do you offer media passes to the event?

We welcome all applications from the media. Please email Luke.Short@clariongaming.com with your name, the name and address of the media publication, as well as the name of your editor and their contact details.

Once we have confirmed your details, we will contact you regarding whether or not your application has been successful.

What is the dinner ticket?

The dinner ticket is available for those who want to attend the welcome networking dinner and can be purchased as part of the registration process. More information on the dinner will be available shortly.

The following is included in the dinner ticket: 

  • Arrival drinks and canapes 
  • 3 course meal with wine
  • Tea or coffee
  • After dinner drinks

After dinner drinks will provide the perfect opportunity to cement new partnerships and enjoy the company of your fellow delegates. Please note that 100% of the cost of the dinner goes towards the meal and drinks.

Can I book accomodation at the venue?

Our official hotel for NAC 2019 will be The Grand Hôtel, Södra Blasieholmshamnen 8, 103 27 Stockholm, Sweden.

Our operations team have negotiated with the hotel to provide a block of rooms at a discounted rate for the conference. If you would like the best price for your hotel room, we recommend booking as early as possible.
